Standard Terms & Conditions:

These Terms & Conditions constitute our Agreement with respect to users of our website and service inquiries, and may be updated per website amendments.  By using our website and contacting us electronically, your consent thereto is presumed.
 
1. Confidential Information. The term "Confidential Information" covers any and all information, whether oral, written, or otherwise, that is disclosed by the Applicant ("Prospective Client") to the Attorney (G.L. Ahlgren, P.L.L.C. d/b/a US-MX Law Group, Ltd, and its principals and designees) in connection with the Attorney's evaluation of potential representation and/or advice (collectively, “Services”) for Prospective Client.  Such Confidential Information is utilized to evaluate case viability, regulatory compliance, and potential conflicts of interest.  
 
2. Confidentiality. The Prospective Client and our Firm shall safeguard and protect Confidential Information which they may exchange with each other.  Each party shall take steps to avoid inadvertent disclosure of Confidential Information.

3. Choice of Law & Forum. Use of the website or Services of the Firm shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the local and federal laws of the State of Texas, subject to dispute resolution in San Pedro Garza García, México or Houston, USA, per the election of the Firm.  The choice of forum hereunder shall take precedence over other contractual agreements between the parties.

4. Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck from this Agreement and the remainder shall retain validity.
 
5. Charges may apply as a prerequisite for case evaluation, and/or subsequent investigations and related matters.  The charges, if any, for the initial and subsequent investigation and/or Services shall be disclosed in writing and may be sent by separate e-mail, or by electronic messaging.
